Muesli Stuff is a great thing to hunt hunger and supplement the necessary nutrients. But the bars sold at the store are not the right choice. You better do it yourself at home.

If we go to a classic shop, muesli bars are found in a shelf right next to the classic chocolate bars. These are classic sweets, which definitely belong to the shops that are sold because they are full of sugar. Truly quality bars can be found, for example, in fitness centers, or in specialized stores, but their prices are really high. Why not try to make muesli sticks at home?

It’s simple
You really can not really do that. The recipe is very simple and basically you just have to mix it all together and mix exactly the taste you like most. Ingredients are a little more in this case, but you do not have to worry about anything, basically, just mix them together and jet.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of wholemeal flour
1/2 cup of smooth flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cups of chopped dried fruit (apricots, plums,
apples, pears)
40g sunflower seeds (peeled)
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs slightly beaten
100g Protein product
400ml Apple juice
2 eggs slightly beaten

Manufacturing process:

Allow the flakes to soften for five minutes to soften. Prepare baking paper on the plate. Meanwhile, prepare the juice with the egg, flour and protein preparation. Mix everything together. Pour flakes, add nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and other things you love, then mix the mixture with the leaner mix. The mixture should not be too thin or too stiff.

Put the finished mixture on a plate and leave it for about 15-20 minutes to 200 degrees. Then cut it on individual sticks and it’s done.
