In todays world of competition, every one is busy with their work. Because they want to prove themselves that they are better. So by this they cant take care of their health. Sitting on a chair from morning to evening and then in home too. So thats why by this way they are only giving an invitation to a big problem. That problem is reducing their life. The problem is Obesity. Obesity is a problem which is aiming every second people of a family. So we have to take care of that problem. Obesity is the root of many problems by which you are becoming lazy.

When we are busy in our life and we are not doing any physical work. Only sitting on a chair and doing the office work and we are taking the high calories diet regularly, junk foods etc. So by this excess intake of calories we are giving invitation to Obesity. We know the case of Camel. Camel reserves food in his body. So like this the person who intakes excess calories and not burning the calories by doing exercise for atleast half an hour is playing with his or her health.

Obesity cause many disease. Because unwanted body weight, increasing waist can cause many problems to your health. Obesity is targeting many people but those people are not aware about that it causes testosterone deficiency. This TD have a detrimental effect on a person’s psyche. It also causes Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension and Metabolic syndrome. It also causes heart problems too. So by this your stamina also decreases.

When a woman is pregnant then obesity become more dangerous for her. It can cause child deformity. So thats why complications come in pregnancy. If a obese person is having cancer like  breast, ovarian, kidney, colorectal, endometrial, prostate, pancreatic, liver, gallbladder , then it is difficult to cure. Due to obesity breathing problem can occur when you are sleeping. It also effects your sex life and it will not be pleasurable when obesity is with you.

If you are ready to retain these tips in your mind, then you can reduce your fat. The retaining points are :

1. In early morning go for a walk. It will help you to burn fat and it will also increase your stamina.

2. Take small meals 5-6 times in a day. Not 3 heavy meals.

3. Eat low calories food and this will help you.

4. If you are having time , then join a gym. Consult with a trainer.

Running, swimming and skipping are the good exercises. Other exercises are like crunches and hanging on a rod, upper body upto waist should be straight and make L shape.
